Harsher Singh
CEO Jubilant Radiopharma
Harsher Singh was appointed CEO of Jubilant Radiopharma in April 2024. With a proven track record in the biopharmaceutical industry, Harsher brings valuable expertise to the radiopharmaceutical division.
Prior to joining the Jubilant team, Harsher was Senior Vice President at Amneal Biosciences where he led the Biosimilar, Biologic and Injectable business lines and served as Amneal’s strategic leader for AvKare Distribution Business. Prior to Amneal, he worked for American Regent, Inc. and McKinsey & Company. Harsher holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Renato Leite
President
Renato Leite was appointed as the President of the Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma in August of 2021. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in a variety of healthcare positions in large multinational companies.
Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, Renato held senior leadership and general management roles in the United States, Europe, Latin America and Asia. His most recent position prior to Jubilant was President of the European Region for Elekta, a Swedish manufacturer of oncology treatment equipment. Renato also led large teams and businesses at GE Healthcare and Siemens Healthineers, consistently delivering growth by fostering an environment of high-performance and results. He is a people and customer-oriented turnaround executive with a growth mindset backed by well-developed commercial skills.
Tamara Herring
Chief Commercial Officer
Tamara is a seasoned leader with over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As the Chief Commercial Officer at Jubilant Radiopharma, she oversees commercial operations for a national network of pharmacies, including national sales, business partner relations, marketing, data analytics, and customer satisfaction. Tamara’s ability to anticipate challenges and pivot strategies has been instrumental in achieving business goals and improving patient care through reliable radiopharmaceutical solutions.
Recognized for her expertise in creative process innovation, profit and loss strategy, and servant leadership style, Tamara is committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within her teams. Her leadership has driven her high-performing teams to consistently achieve targets in orders, revenue, margin, cash flow, and customer satisfaction.
Steve Schultz
Vice President of National Pharmacy Operations
Steve brings extensive experience and a proven track record in nuclear pharmacy and healthcare operations. He is a dedicated and results-driven leader with a strong background in nuclear pharmacy. He has successfully led nuclear pharmacy operations, commercial capabilities, and marketing strategies. He has leveraged his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies to drive continuous process improvement and anticipating business needs to proactively diffuse disruptions.
Throughout his career, Steve has directed several successful large-scale projects within the Nuclear Medicine and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Community. He has been a board-certified nuclear pharmacist since 1994.
Valerie Batley
Associate Director, National Clinical Sales PET
Valerie Batley brings 30 years of combined clinical and sales leadership experience to the healthcare industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas and began her career as an oncology and pediatric nurse before transitioning to the pharmaceutical sector in 2006.
Throughout her industry tenure, Valerie has held impactful roles at Biogen, UCB, Pfizer, Novartis, and Lantheus. She has contributed to numerous successful product launches and pilot programs, demonstrating her ability to lead and innovate in dynamic environments. Her expertise spans both education/training and sales leadership across Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, Urology, Orphan, and Rare Disease.
Valerie is known for her strategic insight, collaborative approach, and commitment to advancing patient care through clinical excellence and commercial success.
Don Warner
Senior Director of Pharmacy Development
Don Warner joined Jubilant Radiopharma as Senior Director of Pharmacy Development in 2017. He has over fifteen years of experience with nuclear pharmacy operations.
He was instrumental in transforming our pharmacies and cleanrooms to be compliant with the latest regulations and safety design protocols. Don leads the project teams that are expanding our footprint of new pharmacy locations nationwide.
John Little
Director of Group Purchasing Organizations / National Accounts
John Little was appointed as the Director of Group Purchasing Organizations / National Accounts of Jubilant Radiopharma in March of 2021.
He brings 30 years of Healthcare Supply Chain Operations and Group Purchasing Organization leadership and development. Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, John was Executive Vice President of CoalesCo, Inc. where he successfully created and managed the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Alliance Purchasing Group Organization (GPO) successfully for 16 years acting as the Group Purchasing Organization Executive Director. The GPO was awarded top Regional Supply Chain System by the ECRI Institute. He and his team saved the SCMA Member Institutions in excess of $350 Million. Prior to CoalesCo, Inc., John worked in marketing, supply chain and procurement GPO leadership roles for Vizient (formerly VHA, Inc.), MedEcon Services and the Western New York Healthcare Association’s Shared Services Division. John also has demonstrated success in building successful supply chain and national supply contracting strategies for large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) including VHA Southeast, Duke Health, Yale New Haven Health and the Mayo Clinic. John’s knowledge and expertise of GPO and IDN contracting is focused on developing sustainable and successful radiopharmaceutical contracts with both national and regional GPOs for Jubilant Radiopharma.
Shannon Julian
Chief Compliance Officer
Shannon Julian has been with Jubilant Radiopharma – Radiopharmacies Division since April of 2007. She is the Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer as well as the company’s Legal and Regulatory Affairs Coordinator.
Prior to joining Jubilant Radiopharma, Shannon was the Senior Corporate Paralegal of the New York Law Firm of Boies, Schiller, & Flexner for over 6 years and served with In-House Counsel to Lockheed Martin. Important aspects of her responsibilities over the years include M&A work from 2007 to the present day. She holds a B.A. in English from Macon State College as well as a degree in Paralegal Studies.
Craig Kinne
Sr. Manager, Radiation Safety
Craig is the Radiation Safety Officer for the Radiopharmacies Division of Jubilant Radiopharma. Craig has over 35 years of experience in the nuclear power industry as well as the radiopharmacy industry.
